Continue reading →After a trip for a hockey game we talk about a selection of beer from North Carolina. An interesting question also came up; what makes a brewery local? How much of a presence do they need to really be local to the beer scene?
Right on the heels of some conversations and one episode we did on social responsibility comes the Founders saga. We talk about the event, some of the fallout, and what can and should happen as a move forward for the company / industry.

A Christmas trip to Kentucky brought up a number of questions and discoveries for us. Historical beers are a super interesting topic to delve into. We only scratch the surface here and spend a bunch of time on it.
